Brandon is fully dedicated to providing a path of greater awareness, endurance and balance through the art of Yoga and Thai Yoga Therapy. Teaching since 1988, he is certified by both Chrysalis Yoga and Two Suns Rising and has special training in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy.

Jennifer

Jennifer Taginski

Fitness Class Instructor
Jennifer is well-versed as a fitness instructor, yoga instructor and athletic trainer. She loves outdoor activities like tennis but especially enjoys being on the water paddle boarding and sailing. Jennifer says the fresh salt air energizes her! In college Jennifer studied sports medicine and became an athletic trainer, working with all types of athletes from high school kids to international rugby teams. Safety and function are her main focus. Jennifer began practicing yoga and loves the strength and balance it brings to her life always enjoying the challenge of a new pose. She is very excited to be teaching here at The Crest Fitness Club and hopes to help everyone find a good fitness program.

Morgan Anderson

When Morgan found her love for yoga in 2008, it changed her body and life in ways that she never imagined possible. Through a regular practice, Morgan has found healing, self-acceptance and strength on an emotional and physical level. Her wish is to share this physical practice and healing energy with every soul she meets. It is Morgan’s intention for participants to leave class feeling relaxed, renewed and uplifted and she looks forward to meeting you on the mat!

Morgan practices and teaches Foundations Aroma Yoga which is an Ashtanga-inspired set sequence that integrates the core principles of traditional Bikram yoga with a Vinyasa flow. Morgan integrates and offers modifications and advancements so this class can benefit both beginners as well as advanced students.

Morgan also specializes in Goddess Yoga. This is a unique fusion of yoga and dance designed to ignite a true sense of feminine freedom, passion and creativity in the participant’s life. This class incorporates essential oils and movements that will help strengthen and stretch the body while providing a fun cardiovascular workout. Offering modifications and advancements, this class is also designed for beginners as well as advanced students.

Chelsea Cordes

Fitness Class Instructor
Chelsea has been a licensed Zumba fitness instructor for 4 years. She graduated from SUNY Fredonia with her Bachelor’s in both Accounting and Marketing. Her love for Zumba began her senior year at Fredonia when she wanted to take an extracurricular class to have fun and also get a workout. Here her instructor inspired her to become a Zumba instructor herself. After completing her license she taught Zumba at the Adirondack Nautilus in Queensbury, NY where she grew up and lived for several years after college. Now she has moved down to Wilmington for warmer weather and bringing some New York flair to our classes. Chelsea choreographs classes for all different skill levels starting at a beginner pace and incorporates intermediate options that are easy to follow. She also instructs her classes using an interval design, alternating high and low impact to get a great work out while having a great time.

Fitness comes full circle. Leslie began her career with Crest Fitness in 1992 and returns with a vast library of options to accomplish your fitness goals. She holds a firm belief in the basics, adding a splash of funk and fun to keep things entertaining. Specializing in TRX, Kickboxing, Barre and private personal training, Leslie is prepared to help everyone reach their goals with an individualized focus.
