Class Descriptions

365 Beach Bod: A total body conditioning class for that ideal beach body year round with high intensity interval training and weight/body based resistance training. Burn those excess calories, strengthen and tone selected muscle groups. This class focuses on proper technique to get the maximum benefits out of every exercise.

Barre Fit: Lift tuck curl, ballet and pilates inspired exercises focusing on balance and strength. Specific muscle sculpting exercises to tone the body.

Cardio Core: 30 min. of easy to follow cardio followed by 30 min. of core work to strengthen, balance and improve flexibility.

Cardio Sculpt: High energy all levels fitness class that combines cardio conditioning and muscle strengthening. Using a vari-ety of agility activities, weight training and bodyweight exercises to strengthen the whole body.

Chrysalis Yoga: A combination of many styles that will work on balance, coordination, core strength, flexibility, cardio, relaxation and more. This inspiring practice will strengthen your body, clear your mind and awaken your spirit. Instructor: Brandon

Fit Camp: Experience full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to get you in shape! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges that will improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility for all people.

Foundations Aroma Yoga: Ashtanga-inspired set sequence that integrates the core principles of traditional Bikram yoga with a Vinyasa flow. Offering modifications and advancements. This class is designed for beginners as well as advanced students. Instructor: Morgan

KRAZY8: Lose those Monday blues! Jump in for a boost before/after The Loop. 45 minutes (8 rounds + ab work) of pure energy incorporating kickboxing basics and essential core strength. All fitness levels welcome! Shoes and smiles required. Instructor: Leslie

Pilates: Every movement starts from the core. Can be done on the mat, standing or on the ball. Will strengthen the core and lengthen the spine when you focus and engage the abs.

Pump It Up: Total body strength training class using free weights, barbells and other equipment as needed. You train to your own level and are guided for correct form.

Step & Pump: A progressive total body and core resistance workout focused on butts and guts.

TRX Group Suspension Training: Builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for all fitness levels and appeals to both men and women no matter what their fitness goals.

Zumba: Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. Based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”
