HIIT: (High-Intensity Interval Training) one of the best ways to improve fitness for both men and women. Work at your own pace alternating between cardio burst moves and strength exercises. End with a HIIT style abs workout. Modification options for low, medium, and high intensity, perfect for all levels! An extremely efficient way to burn calories, lose fat while maintaining muscle, train your heart to be stronger and improve your metabolism. No coordination required!
Pilates: Every movement starts from the core. Can be done on the mat, standing or on the ball. Will strengthen the core and lengthen the spine when you focus and engage the abs.
Pilates Core: One hour of Core work to strengthen, balance & improve flexibility.
Simply Strength: A 75 minute class. No cardio, no coordination. This class consists of 55 minutes of varied exercises using bands, barbells, dumbbells, stability balls, or simply your own body weight to improve strength and is then followed by 20 minutes of stretching to improve flexibility.
Step & Pump: A progressive total body and core resistance workout focused on butts and guts.
Step, Kick & Core: Step aerobics combined with Kickboxing moves, finishing with strengthening and stabilizing your core.
