Nick is a fitness expert. Since 1986 Nick has achieved greatly in the fitness community. He competed as a power lifter without chemical enhancers and steroids. As an example of a pure athlete he competed nationally as a N.A.S.A. (National Athlete Strength Association) power lifter, setting many North Carolina and National records. As an NPC bodybuilder, he won many state and national level awards. He was also honored to be asked to be a North Carolina Fitness America judge. Nick’s fitness career then shifted to his true passion to help others achieve their goals in the best way. Nick achieved his 1st fitness certification in 1987 from Dr. Michael Marks of UNC Chapel Hill, but is also certified through NSCA, IFTA and TRX. He has developed award winning gyms, revitalized waning fitness programs throughout the southeastern United States and most importantly helped thousands achieve their fitness goals including men and women of a wide variety of ages and types from bodybuilders/fitness models to couch potatoes. Today Nick and his lovely wife, Wanda own and run The Crest Fitness Club whose mission is to Motivate and educate members to achieve appropriate fitness goals in the best way for each individual’s body, mind, schedule and needs. The Crest is in Wilmington North Carolina minutes from Wrightsville Beach. The Crest Fitness Club is focused on the individual goals of its members.
