is a high energy fitness class that combines cardio conditioning and muscle strengthening, using a variety of agility activities, weight training, and bodyweight exercises.
Fitness Class Instructor
Jennifer is well-versed as a fitness instructor, yoga instructor and athletic trainer. In college Jennifer studied sports medicine and became an athletic trainer, working with all types of athletes from high school kids to international rugby teams. Jennifer began practicing yoga and loves the strength and balance it brings to her life while focusing on safety and function.
